1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • Certain products such as electronics, phone accessories, intimate clothing, and personal care items may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt as proof of return.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Underwear, swimwear, or hygiene-related products

  • Electronics or phone accessories once opened
