  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs inspections.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, total order weight, and selected shipping method.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.


5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate when placing your order.

  • SI U.S. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping fees may apply.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
